All objections and representations that were submitted during the formal objection periods on the proposed congestion charging scheme were taken into account by independent Reporters at the 10 week Public Inquiry from 27 April - 1 July 2004.

This website forms a historical record of that process, and remains live for reference. The email links are still operational.

The final document in the formal Public Inquiry process was produced by the Reporters for consideration by City of Edinburgh Council. The report can be viewed here.
